The Land Has Been Purchased

We started our Children’s Homes over a decade ago by faith in rented houses.  During this season, we cared for our children in separate locations and have never owned our own property.  Well, this is about to change and we are looking forward to being able to help more orphaned and abandoned children here in Southeast Asia.

We are now entering into a new building program on a newly purchased piece of land just outside of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

We are envisioning a beautiful campus where our Haven children can live in separate dorms in smaller family units of around 8-15 children per house with one house parent for each group.  This will give them great personal care as well as a sense of community and family.

We will build 4 houses for the girls and 4 houses for the boys.  In the middle of the property will be a common eating and activities area.

Costs to Build the Homes

• Each home unit will cost approx $50,000 usd.  We have a goal of four homes for each gender, so the total cost to build all of the homes is $400,000 usd.
• The common eating and activities area will cost approx $100,000
• Total Estimated Cost to Complete the Project: $500,000 usd

This will give us a capacity to care for up to 120 orphaned, abandoned, and at risk children here in Thailand.
