Compassion in Action

Project Love is a compassion ministry based out of COC Thailand. We minister in local villages, prisons, hospices, and hospitals where we visit the needy and broken and give them the hope and love of Jesus Christ.

We touch the untouchable, pray for the sick, comfort the afflicted, and meet the practical needs of those we serve. We are frequently working with those Thai people who have life threatening diseases such as HIV-Aids, Tuberculosis, and Hepatitis.

We have seen God do many miracles for those we are sent to and we frequently are leading them to Christ. They are later water baptized as a public declaration of their new found faith.

One recent story involved a young girl who went to the hospital for brain surgery and came out mentally and physically incapacitated. Through ongoing prayer and ministry visits, we have recently seen this young girl rise up and begin to walk when she was not able to before. Her family have been watching her improve right before their very eyes. God is doing a miracle in her life and we are so privileged to be a part of it!

In the Thai prison where we have a church and a trained leader on the inside, an upcoming Christmas outreach is expected to draw 700 men! Many of them will hear the Gospel for the very first time and will see the love of God demonstrated through our Christmas party which is held inside the prison. This outreach continues to bear much fruit.
