House of Praise Burmese Church
The House of Praise Burmese church in Chiang Mai is a growing group of Burmese background believers from many different ethnic groups.
The church is led by Pastors Sy and his wife Yui. Pastor Sy was previously a Pastor in the coastal town of Ranong in Southern Thailand. After the tsunami relief efforts were completed, he eventually moved his family to Chiang Mai to run this service and the ongoing ministry to the Burmese people.
Each worship service contains a time of passionate worship and a relevant Spirit filled and life changing message that is meant to equip Burmese ethnic peoples for the ministry work that God has called them to.
The HOP Burmese Church is actively reaching into their community through various outreaches including refugee outreaches and leadership training in a neighboring restricted access country.
