We believe that Chiang Mai Thailand is one of the best places for short term missions teams in the world.  Chiang Mai is able to provide both big city and small rural ministry opportunities.  Strategically located, North Thailand borders the countries of Myanmar and Laos and is home to the hill tribal groups of Thailand.

Thailand makes for one of the most impacting missions trips you could ever take in Asia.  There is lots of culture and great needs here among this unreached people group.  We are certain that you and your team will never be the same.

How long are the average trip?

10-14 days are average with 3 days travel to and from Thailand.

Trip Costs

What is the cost?

Cost is determined by several factors such as team size and what type of ministry you would like to be involved in.  A good estimate would be approx $12oo.00 per person (not including airfare).

This includes all accommodations, meals, ground transport, outreaches and basic supplies, love offerings, translators, team fun day (elephant camp, mountain trip, or zip line tour), and administrative costs.

Categories

All are welcome regardless of experience, age, or training.

> Charter Teams

Teams sent from local churches and organizations which are generally from 5-20 people.

> Open Teams

Open Trips are for people who want to visit outside of their local church or organization.  We need approx. 10 people to host one of these trip with a maximum of 20.  You may or may not know your other team members for this trip.

> Leadership Vision Trip

Special Vision and Exploratory trips are available for local church and organizational leaders.  We will coordinate with your staff so that you are able to accomplish your goals for personally visiting the work of COC Thailand and the Haven Project. These trips are very flexible and dependent on the goals of the leader who is coming.  We are also able to help you travel within Thailand and to neighboring countries for ministry.
